Yes. You must sign in with Steam. Buying credits items to your Ches Bot inventory (not directly to Steam); selling and withdrawing to Steam also require a Trade URL. We use Steam OpenID for sign-in — we never see your Steam password.

A Trade URL is the link Steam uses to send trade offers to you. To set yours: open Steam → click your avatar → Inventory → Trade Offers → "Who can send me trade offers?" → "Create Trade URL". Paste that URL into your Ches Bot account settings. You need it to deposit items from Steam or withdraw items from your site inventory back to Steam.

We currently focus on TF2 items that appear on the home page. The exact list of items currently in stock is shown there; if you want to sell an item that is not listed, contact support and we will check whether we can add it.

No. Ches Bot is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Steam. All "Steam", "TF2", "Mann Co." and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

1. Sign in with Steam. 2. On the Wallet page, deposit USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BSC) to your assigned address. 3. On the home page, choose "Buy Items", pick the item and quantity, then confirm. 4. The cost is deducted from your site wallet balance. 5. Purchased items go into your Ches Bot inventory — not straight to Steam. 6. Open "My Inventory" and withdraw when you want a Steam trade offer.

Only USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BSC). Do not send other coins, other tokens, or USDT on Ethereum / Polygon / Arbitrum / Base — those funds may be lost and are usually unrecoverable.

Buying from site stock is usually instant. Your site balance and inventory update as soon as the order succeeds. Withdrawing those items to Steam depends on our bots sending a trade offer and you accepting it in Steam.

Straight into your Ches Bot inventory. They do not appear in Steam until you go to My Inventory and submit a withdraw request. After you accept the bot's trade offer, the items land in your Steam inventory.

Yes. Per-item minimum and maximum quantities are shown in the trade panel. The minimum is set by the platform and the maximum also depends on current stock.

1. Sign in with Steam and set your Trade URL. 2. Go to Deposit, pick items from your Steam inventory, and accept the bot's trade offer (check the verification code on Ches Bot first). 3. After the deposit is confirmed, items sit in your site inventory. 4. On the home page, sell those site-inventory items for USDT credited to your wallet. 5. On the Wallet page, withdraw USDT to a BSC address you control.

After a deposit trade offer is created, the verification code is shown on your Ches Bot Deposit / Inventory pages. Always compare that code with the trade-offer message from our bot before accepting in Steam. If the codes do not match, decline the offer and contact support.

Any item shown on the home page as available for sale can be sold at the listed price once it is in your Ches Bot inventory (via Deposit or a prior purchase). If you want to sell an item that is not listed, contact support.

USDT withdrawals are sent automatically after you confirm. On BSC, funds usually arrive in under a minute. You will see a transaction hash as soon as it is broadcast.

Yes. Your Ches Bot USDT balance never expires. You can withdraw part of it, all of it, or use it to buy other items later. Site inventory works the same way until you withdraw to Steam.

The price you see in the quote is the price you get — no hidden platform fee on top. BSC network gas for your own wallet transfers is paid by you as usual; site USDT withdrawals do not add an extra fee on our side.

Buy and sell prices update based on supply, demand, and market conditions. The price is locked the moment you confirm an order.

Per-trade limits are shown in the trade panel. Deposit and withdraw quantity caps (including Steam deposit/withdraw) are configured by the platform and shown when you submit.

That is expected. Purchases credit your Ches Bot inventory first. Open My Inventory and withdraw to Steam, then accept the bot's trade offer.

Steam trade offers can be delayed. Wait 5–10 minutes, then check Deposit / Inventory / History. If a deposit or withdraw request is still pending after 30 minutes, contact support with the request ID.

We only credit USDT on BSC. Funds sent as another coin or on another network are usually unrecoverable. Double-check the wallet deposit page before sending. If you are unsure, contact support BEFORE sending.

Open the Steam mobile app and confirm the trade offer from there. If you do not have a mobile authenticator enabled, Steam may hold new device logins for up to 15 days before trade offers can be accepted — please plan ahead.

Confirm you sent USDT on BSC to the exact address shown for your account, and wait for enough confirmations. If it is still missing after that, open a support ticket with the transaction hash.
