1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ches Bot (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; the latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Ches Bot. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws of your country of residence.
3. Account & Steam Sign-In
You sign in with Steam using OpenID. You are responsible for keeping your Steam account secure and for everything that happens under your Ches Bot account. You must set a valid Steam Trade URL before we can deliver items to you. You agree not to share your account with anyone else or use the Service on behalf of a third party without our written permission.
4. The Service
Ches Bot is an automated peer-to-pool marketplace for trading Steam in-game items (such as Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys, hats, tools and other supported items) with supported cryptocurrencies. Our Steam bot is online 24/7 to deliver or receive items. Prices displayed in the trade panel are locked the moment you confirm an order and are valid until the order completes or expires.
5. Buying Items
When you buy items, the cost is deducted from your Ches Bot wallet balance at the price locked at confirmation. To fund your wallet you must send the exact amount of the quoted coin on the quoted network to the deposit address shown before the timer ends. Send the wrong coin, the wrong amount, or send on the wrong network at your own risk — we may not be able to recover those funds. Once payment is confirmed on-chain and your order is confirmed, our bot will send a Steam trade offer with the items. You are responsible for accepting the trade offer in time.
6. Selling Items
When you sell items, you first send the items to our bot's Steam trade offer. Always check the verification code shown on your Ches Bot account against the message in the trade offer before accepting in Steam. Once the deposit is confirmed, your in-site balance is credited at the current sell price and can be withdrawn to any supported crypto address.
7. Fees & Rates
The price you see in the quote is the price you receive. There are no hidden fees. You are still responsible for any network (gas) fees charged by the blockchain you are using — those are paid to miners/validators, not to Ches Bot. Selected stablecoin pairs are zero-fee on our side; this is clearly labelled in the trade panel.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to: • use the Service for money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, or any other illegal activity; • send funds from a mixer, tumbler, or any anonymity-enhancing service; • use stolen payment methods, stolen Steam accounts, or chargeback fraud; • attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or attack the Service, the Steam bot, or our infrastructure; • use the Service if you are located in, or a resident or citizen of, any country subject to international sanctions where such use would be illegal. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates this section, with or without notice.
9. KYC / AML
We may, at our sole discretion, require identity verification (KYC) for orders above certain thresholds, for unusual activity, or to comply with applicable law. Failure to provide requested information may result in frozen funds and account suspension pending review.
10. Refunds & Cancellations
Orders that expire before payment is received are automatically cancelled — funds sent after expiry will be refunded to the originating address minus any unrecoverable network fees, or credited to your Ches Bot balance at your request. Because crypto transfers are usually irreversible, we cannot guarantee recovery for funds sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or as the wrong coin.
11. Steam & Valve
Ches Bot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Steam. "Steam", "Team Fortress 2", "TF2", "CS2", "Dota 2", "Mann Co.", "Mann Co. Supply Crate Key" and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. You agree to comply with the Steam Subscriber Agreement at all times when using the Service. We are not responsible for Steam outages, trade holds, or Steam-side account restrictions.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Ches Bot, its operators, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to Ches Bot in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ches Bot from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, any unused balance in your account will, at our discretion, be returned to a verified wallet address you provide or held until KYC is completed.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
